Bandimere Speedway is a premier NHRA Drag Race Track in Morrison, Colorado. Over 100,000 fans attend the Mile High Nationals annually.

As our first Client in 1996, the agency's relationship with Bandimere has grown. Originally we managed the complex task of planning and buying radio, and has evolved to also include design and digital services.

Media Buying

A blue-collar radio buy has evolved over two decades into paid social and PPC ticket sales tracking. The goal is to expand interest beyond the core drag racing fan base while encouraging repeat visits from existing patrons and racers.

Creative

Tucked into the side of Thunder Mountain, just east of Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Bandimere Speedway is the most picturesque drag race track in the nation. Lead Climber chose to stay true to the track in our gritty creative executions that highlight the mountain backdrop with spot color along with the energy of the engines represented visually as lightning.

Digital Strategy

Bandimere hosts niche events like the Super Chevy Show and the Fun Ford Series which are perfect opportunities to leverage targeted digital advertising. We deliver auto brand specific ads via Facebook, YouTube, AdWords, and Gmail then track ticket sales to prove ROI.

Lead Climber plays a key role in most aspects of Bandimere.com including: eCommerce ticketing, Analytics, event pages, online contesting, home page messaging, and sponsor opportunities. Our developers have customized functionality solutions using client insights to make the website a tool for both patrons and staff.

Social

With over 60,000 Facebook Fans, Bandimere Speedway is a local social media powerhouse. We capitalize on that organic reach by encouraging sharing for unpaid endorsements that are the most powerful references.

Experimental

We work to connect acquisition marketing to the experience at the track. Lead Climber suggested online contesting to win a Starting Line Experience and other prizes. We have booked bands that perform during breaks in the action and encourage social sharing with announcer scripts and LED signage.

Nothing can match the experience of witnessing 300 mph jet cars in action. However video is the best way to represent the sights and sounds of Bandimere's NHRA drag race track. Lead Climber shoots and edits videos for every season's major events.
